Shipping Information - Minicoco

All orders are shipped from US. Once your order is placed, it will be processed Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Options:

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

Note: Free shipping applies to orders $30 CAD and above (pre-tax).

Order Tracking:

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email or text message with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the tracking information to update.

Address Modifications:

Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Minicoco is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect addresses.

Order Modifications or Cancellations:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. For returns, please send your package to the return address provided, including your order number on the first line of the recipient’s information.

Pre-Sale Products:

For pre-sale items, the estimated shipping date is listed on the product page. If your order includes pre-sale and in-stock items, and you wish to receive them separately, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Delivery Outside Canada:

We offer international shipping. Orders shipped outside US may incur customs fees or additional taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
